If your dog isn't moving more freely within 90 days of your first order, email us for a complete refund of the product price. You don't need to ship the jar back — even an empty one counts. No forms, no restocking fee.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@rompchews.com within 90 days of your first order with your order number.
• We process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unopened product

Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
