Ordering & delivery
7 to 12 days from order to doorstep, with tracking from the moment it ships. We make and ship from the USA.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Prices show in your own currency — use the selector in the header if it picked the wrong one.
If it hasn't shipped, yes — email us the order number and we'll sort it. Once it's with the carrier we can't recall it, but the 90-day guarantee still covers you.
Subscriptions
Hip & Joint Chews today. The rest of the range is one-time for now — we'd rather not put a subscribe button on a product until the delivery rhythm actually matches how fast your dog gets through it.
Any of the three, any time, from your account. No phone call, no retention script.
On the day each delivery is prepared, at the subscription price shown when you signed up. You get an email before every renewal.
Dosing
Every product is dosed in four weight bands — under 25 lb, 25–50 lb, 50–90 lb, and 90 lb and up. Pick your dog's band on the product page and it shows the daily serving, how many days a pack lasts, and what that works out to per day. Or run the 60-second check and we'll do it for you.
Generally yes — they're built to layer. The one to watch is doubling up on the same active: our Daily Multivitamin carries a maintenance amount of glucosamine, so if your dog is also on Hip & Joint, the joint chew is doing the real work. If your dog is on medication, ask your vet before adding anything.
From 12 weeks, at the serving for their current weight — which changes fast in a growing dog, so re-check it. Senior dogs use the same bands.
The guarantee
If your dog won't eat it, or you don't see what you hoped for, tell us within 90 days and we refund you — even if the jar is finished. You don't need to ship anything back.
Email hello@rompchews.com with your order number and a line about what happened. See returns for the full policy.
Safety
They're made for it, in an NASC-certified GMP facility and batch-tested. As with anything new, watch your dog for the first few days.
Ask your vet first. Calming supplements in particular can interact with sedatives, behavioural medication and some seizure drugs — that's one to check with your vet.
No. These are daily supplements that support normal health. They don't treat, cure or prevent disease. If your dog is in pain, limping, bleeding at the gums, or something changed suddenly, see your vet.
